Ingredients

• Can of corned beef hash
• 3 eggs
• White onion
• Bell pepper of any color
• Mushrooms
• Butter
• Fresh herbs such as thyme and rosemary

Tools Used

• Jetboil Flash
• Jetboil Skillet
• Jetboil Fuel
• Jetboil Pot Support (VERY IMPORTANT IF USING THE SKILLET)

Preparing Corned Beef Hash and Eggs Using Jetboil

It couldn’t be easier to prepare this meal. First, set up your Jetboil Flash. Make sure you use the Jetboil pot support when using a skillet or pan with your Jetboil. Next, chop up the veggies and open the can of corned beef hash. Add butter to the skillet and set the skillet on top of the pot support. Turn on the Jetboil Flash. Let the butter melt and then add the chopped veggies. Cook veggies until soft. Remove veggies from skillet and put aside. Next, add the corned beef hash to the skillet and cook through. You can use the entire can or however much you wish. Using the entire can will feed at least 2 people.

Once the corned beef hash is cooked to your liking, add the veggies back to the skillet and mix together. Add the fresh herbs towards the end. Remove the corned beef hash mix from the skillet and set aside. Now, add a bit more butter and fry up the eggs. I like mine over medium, but you can cook yours to your taste. Once the eggs are done, put them on top of the corned beef hash and veggie mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Time to eat!

Everything You Will Ever Need for Your Camp Kitchen

When Goran and I go tent camping we like to be comfortable. Our camping kitchen box is always ready to go. It has a home on our camping shelf in our garage and I restock it after each trip. Everything in the camp kitchen box is specifically for camping. Nothing ever leaves this box if we’re not camping. Check out the video linked above to see you can see everything that goes into it!

Why Should You Pack a Camping Kitchen Box?

You should pack a camping kitchen box because it makes getting ready to go camping so much simpler. If you have to pack this box up every time you are getting ready for a trip, it will be a hassle. We love to cook, especially over a fire. But we also like to be comfortable and have everything we need to do it right. Everybody is different, so it is important that you pack a camping kitchen box that will suit your needs.

Goran and I could definitely cut this box in half as far as supplies go, but we would rather have everything we need to make our camping trip as enjoyable as possible. Also, for the time begin, we are using a plastic storage container box with a lid as our kitchen box. But, there are amazing options out there as far as boxes and bins that are custom made for this purpose. You do you and find a box that works for your needs!

What Goes Into a Camping Kitchen Box?

Here is everything we have packed in our camping kitchen box. Again, we leave this box packed and stored in the garage at all times. This allows us to just grab it and go whenever we get the urge to go camping.

• Small camp container for boiling water

• Egg holders (only work for medium sized eggs)

• Dish soap stored in a plastic bag
• Gallon sized plastic bags

• Griddle plate to go over camp fire
